1 Method:

Cmd + Shift + 3
Mac OS X captures the entire screen and saves it as a file on the desktop.
2 Method:

Cmd + Shift + 4
Press the spacebar (or mouse) and then click on something (e.g. a window) to capture it. Mac OS X then saves it as a file on the desktop.
3 Method:

Cmd + Shift + 4 + Space
Windows captures only the currently active window and saves it as a file on the desktop.
The file name will look like “Screen shot 2013-04-08 at 00.00.00 AM.png”.
If You want repair file name: Open Terminal and write:

defaults write com.apple.screencapture name “Yourname”
killall SystemUlServer
